Add some texts in the customer registration mail

While sending mails to customers. I need to add some texts in the customer registration mail. And i need to change the logo in customers mail

 Changes in the magento - >apps - > local - > en-us-template - >email 

then change in the

<a href="{{store url=""}}"><img src="{{skin url="" _area='frontend'}}" alt="{{var store.getFrontendName()}}" style="margin-bottom:10px;" border="0"/></a>

I need to create my own email template. And need to send my custom email template to customer while registering as user.
